Fully managed IT
Your Outsourced IT Department
Help desk, troubleshooting, onsite visits, new-staff setup, installs and the background work that keeps it all running. One team, one monthly agreement.

Outsourced IT Department
All of Your IT, Handled by One Team
If nobody in your business is paid to look after IT, somebody is doing it anyway. Usually it’s the owner or the office manager, fixing the printer between other jobs and hoping the backup works. An outsourced IT department takes that whole job off their desk.
We become the IT team your business doesn’t have. Staff call or email us when something goes wrong, and most problems are fixed remotely, often while they’re still on the phone. When a fix needs hands, a technician comes to your office. New hires get a laptop that’s ready on their first morning. Updates, backups and security run in the background, and you get a plain-English report every month.
It’s one monthly agreement per user, so the cost is predictable and you aren’t billed by the hour for every password reset. Call 604-359-5284 and we’ll walk through what your business would need.

What’s included
What Outsourced IT Department Covers
Help desk for every staff member
Phone, email or a support portal during business hours. A real person picks up, logs the problem and keeps you posted until it’s fixed.
Troubleshooting, remote and onsite
Email that won’t sync, a slow computer, Wi-Fi that keeps dropping. Most fixes happen remotely; a technician visits when it needs hands.
Installation and setup
New computers, printers, Wi-Fi, network equipment and software, installed properly, labelled and written down so the next person isn’t guessing.
New starters and leavers
Accounts, laptops and access ready on the first day. On the last day, sign-ins are blocked and company data stays with the company.
Updates, backups and security
Windows and app updates applied after hours, endpoint protection on every computer, and backups that get test-restored.
Vendors and planning
We call the internet provider, the copier company and the software vendor for you, and plan what to replace before it fails.

| Printer or scanner down | Remote first, onsite if it needs hands | Same or next business day |
| New staff member starting | Account, laptop and access prepared | Ready on day one with a few days’ notice |
| New Wi-Fi, network or office move | Quoted as a project and scheduled | On a date you agree |
| Security alert on a laptop | Investigated by our team | Same business day |

What it costs
Pricing for Outsourced IT Department
Fully managed IT for small businesses in Surrey typically costs $100–$250 per user per month. Where you land depends on how many devices each person has, how much onsite work you need and which security tools are included. Onboarding is a fixed fee or waived, and project work is always quoted before it starts.
Is it right for you?
Who an Outsourced IT Department Suits
It fits businesses with roughly 5 to 75 staff and nobody whose job is IT. Accounting offices near Surrey Central, clinics in Fleetwood, distributors in Campbell Heights, design studios in South Surrey: the same pattern shows up everywhere. The business has grown past “someone’s nephew sets up the laptops”, but it isn’t big enough to justify a full-time IT hire.
It also fits businesses whose IT person has just left, and those tired of break-fix bills that arrive after every emergency. A managed agreement turns that into one predictable line in the budget.
If you have one in-house IT person already, look at co-managed IT instead. It keeps them and gives them backup.

Outsourced IT Department: Common Questions
How is this different from calling someone when things break?
Break-fix support bills by the hour after something has already gone wrong. An outsourced IT department is paid monthly to keep things from breaking: updates, monitoring, backups and planning, plus the help desk when something does go wrong. You aren’t paying more because you had a bad month.
Do you come on site?
Yes. Most problems are solved remotely because it’s faster for everyone, but technicians visit offices across Surrey and the Lower Mainland for hardware, network and installation work, and for anything that’s easier in person.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Most businesses we work with have between 5 and 150 staff. Smaller offices are welcome. We’ll tell you honestly at the review whether a monthly plan makes sense or whether occasional help would cost you less.
What about problems outside business hours?
Our help desk works Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Updates and maintenance are scheduled after hours so they don’t interrupt anyone. If your business needs cover outside those hours, raise it at the review and we’ll tell you what’s possible before you sign anything.
