Our cost guide and calculator use Job Bank wage data, 2026 CPP and EI rates and our own labelled estimates. They show typical figures, not quotes and not payroll advice. Your accountant or payroll provider can tell you the true cost of a hire for your business.
Checklists and contract guidance
Our onboarding and offboarding checklist and our guide to choosing a provider are practical starting points. Adapt them to your systems, and have a lawyer review any agreement you plan to sign.
